This is an amazing hotel and had a great stay. Rooms were very nice with a great garden and sea view. The food was also great and was varied. There is a shuttle that takes people to Castries. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely hotel with 2 pools and an amazing view where you can catch the sunset from your room or the rooftop area. Excellent service and staff who are always on hand to get you a drink. Food availabile throughout the day with 3 buffet meals and snacks available. Location however isnt the best. The hotel is based on a high hill so cannot walk around the area easily, therefore taxis mostly required. However the hotel does provide complimentary shuttles to the beach and Castries town.

First, the majority of the staff were very kind and tried to help. But otherwise it was not a good experience. We only stayed one night luckily. But the area itself is not nice, the parking area looks like a run down motel. The rooms are small, they do not provide any drinks, not even water in the mini fridge but left a sheet out where you can purchase drinks for your fridge which i found odd for an all inclusive. The snack bar and bar have odd hours and only appeared open mid day, the coffee shop doesnt open until 10am. The pools are only open 8am-6pm. We went to the rooftop bar at 8pm and no one was around to take our order, it opens at 6pm. At 2:45am our room door randomly flew open and we didnt notice until around 4am so i woke up with multiple bug bites, not to mention its a huge safety and security issue. We had to lift the toilet cover to get it to flush and in the morning there were hundreds of ants inside. Overall not what you'd expect of an all inclusive .

Very nice place to relax. Clean and safe. Food and food options were above average, not fantastic. Front desk and attendants were wonderful and the entertainment was pretty darn good, but not loud enough to keep me awake when I didn’t want to be there. My big issue was the food service, from the person greeting you to the attendants/servers, very poor attitudes and attention. Weighs on you if you eat three meals a day for over a week. I would recommend.

I would definitely go back to Bel Jou. The property was clean and the staff were friendly. My husband and I absolutely loved the food. However, I wish there were more dining options especially fine dining. Overall the stay was great!!!

The entire staff is par excellent. I’ve stayed at nanny places but Bel Jou staff is by far the best overall!!! Leo, Taysia, Cyprian, Dean, Princess, Brendan Kidada, 😌 and others I can’t pronounce their names but stand out tremendously with their care and personality Activities were outstanding and the director made it even better Jeffery with the G😂. Miss them all like family already

Beautiful views. The music and shows were entertaining and fun. The grounds were kept up nicely. The coffee was great. The food was delicious. The staff members were kind, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in our comfort.

The property is nice. However is extremely quite - no carribean sounds during the day, no real activity except 9pm live music or DJ. You have to pay for bottled water- no mini bar in rooms. Its good for Relaxing. But if you dont like super white places this is not the place for you. the staff are very accommodating and the food is great at the hummingbird restaurant

An excellent place to stay in St. Lucia if you are looking for a quiet adults only all inclusive resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing and the facility extremely cleanly. The views all around were spectacular. We love it there and will definitely be returning ! ♥️

We loved our time at the bel jou! They treated us very nice, had lots of fun things to do every night! The food was very good, lots of options! They shuttle you to the beach and it’s a nice beach. The only downside was our room smelt really musty. We should have said something but we assumed that’s normal for the moistness in the area.

My only suggestion would be that the mattress is not comfortable and the day beds by the pool could use a little more comfort. Or maybe even a curtain/side shelter around the bed for the rain. It’s too bad about the mattress as my back was in pain after a few nights. Otherwise the staff are amazing! The food is amazing and the peace and quiet was also much appreciated!

I stayed at the Bel Jou Hotel in Jan 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed my 8 days there. I liked that the property is small (75 rooms), adults-only, and quiet (not a party place) - perfect for me. I also loved the daily activities like yoga - although they were held only on a couple of days during my stay. While not on the beach, the property has two pools, beautifully lush grounds, and a gorgeous view of the sea and Castries. The staff were exemplary, from the front desk (thanks Stasia!) to the restaurant servers to the cleaners and the shuttle bus driver. As a solo guest, I felt totally comfortable at Bel Jou, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Very quiet secluded cozy spot. Just what I was looking for. However PLEASE PACK INSECT REPELLENT for mosquitoes and get resort towels early. They go quickly. I'd love for the property to invest in more towels. Lots of steps so not the best place if you have mobility issues. The tree frogs don't sleep so ear plugs could be helpful if a light sleeper. Public Beach partnership is nice but you have to pay for beverages onsite and restroom use. Staff was amazing and that is always the difference !

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very nice. Stasia at the front desk Mano the shuttle driver and Tinika the bar attendant was excellent. There wasn’t a beach on the property but there was a complimentary shuttle service to the beach which was great. I didn’t like the beach tho but still enjoyed my time. Water should be provided at no additional cost to the rooms, this was strange to me. Water should be provided in rooms to keep guests hydrated, it is after all an all inclusive hotel, the environs was exceptionally clean and tranquil, food was great

Location is about 1 hours from international airport. Expect to pay around $85-$100 for a taxi. Roads are windy and steep and driving can be on the erratic side. Resort is situated in a residential area and walking anywhere is risky. There are no sidewalks and the terrain is very hilly. Resort is relaxed and the food was better than expected. Plenty of UK items for breakfast. Plenty of salad, fruit, cheeses, etc. Located not far from the capital and the hotel offers shuttle service. You’ll be there in less than 10 minutes. Not much to do in the city. Markets for tourists but that’s really it. I went into town for some grocery items, Coke, sunscreen, etc. I was hoping for some kind of square or strip to shop and have coffee, sit down, relax, etc….Unfortunately there isn’t one. Taxi driver on the way back to airport told me there are more things to do around the resorts/casino area, which is around 15 minutes north of this resort. In this area you can walk around. Wish I’d of known that earlier. Most excursions involve hiking, walking, etc. The staple water excursions are also available. If you want to do absolutely nothing and relax, I recommend the resort. Using it as a base for excursions, etc, will involve a lot of travel time to and from. Accommodation was comfortable, entertainment was better on some nights than others. Coffee could be better quality if I’m being honest. Back to the food. Each night had a different theme and overall there were many delicious items.

Everything was excellent the staff was great friendly Leo, Sean, Brandon, Samantha, and other...Food and drinks unbelievable..I will definitely be going back there...I was there from 16th November to 20th November and it was to short 😀 👍...I recommend anyone to go there its really great you will enjoy it..

We had an awesome time at Bel Jou! The hotel is so calm and organized! Everything from the welcome to the demeanor of the staff! Additionally, the food is totally delicious and the variety is great! We stayed from 11/18/23-11/20/23. Special mention to all the staff but we managed to get some names: Shanel, Andrea, Annabelle, Stasia and Kidada. Thanks for making our stay easy and relaxing! Hoping to be back soon!! This was our first visit to the island! Stanley and Shirleth!🌻🌹👍

This property has a professional and extremely friendly staff. In addition to food and drinks, this all-inclusive property also features excellent entertainment. The views from the rooftop bar and the dining area are fantastic.
