“The hotel was in a great location and the room was very clean and had a comfy bed. We stayed on the main road side of the building but the window blocked most of the traffic noise out so we still slept well. The staff member at reception was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome in the future!”

“When we arrived we found the room was full of dust ( above the closet , the dresser and even the blankets were dusty). The elevator was out of the service all the time. The WiFi doesn’t work. The only thing that was working was the AC. It’s near to the Roma Termini and 30 min walk to the center of Rome. There’s no reception so you have to WhatsApp the person in charge of this place. We had to request to clean the room after our second day and they even said the cleaned the room when they did not...
