“The overall experience was great. Tiburon is lovely and this is a great location. The hotel rooms are clean and updated. The outdoor areas are very nice as well. Ice machine was broken for our whole stay. The shared outdoor areas need to be regularly tidied up. Otherwise everything was great. We will come again. ”

“Brianna & Tom went above and beyond. From a staff standpoint, my experience was amazing. The room was not super clean, stains on mirrors and stained shower curtain, but the room had a great offering of amenities. Did not love how the elevator was finicky, or that I constantly found myself getting lost on the second floor, but that is the structure of the property and nothing to do with staff or the specifics of IHg WC.
