The Space:
Experience the epitome of coastal living in this spacious home. The main level features a luxurious Master Suite with a King bed and smart TV, a convenient laundry area, and a half bath. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, and the dining room comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace. Upstairs, an open room offers a Queen Murphy bed, smart TV, and PlayStation, plus a sitting area that opens to a deck with stunning ocean views. Two additional bedrooms each offer a Queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub. The lower level provides entertainment with two kayaks, a golf cart, and a dedicated games area. Outside, enjoy a barbecue space with a wood table, a fire pit with seating, and a hot tub, all while taking in the ocean views. Outdoor furniture and a short walk to the beach complete this perfect vacation home.

Guest Access:

Getting around is easy! You can arrive by car, bike, or motorcycle. For those flying in, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is approximately 1 hour and 27 minutes away (68.3 miles). You'll find plenty of free parking on the premises. Local attractions and restaurants are also conveniently close, with The Bog Tavern just 5 minutes away, and various beaches like Hen's Cove Public Beach and Barlows Landing Beach within a 10-minute drive.

The house is well appointed and clean. We noticed a leak in the garage which concerned us and we notified the property manager. There is a rather large obstruction to the water view, but otherwise, it’s a nice house and seemed clean.

Beautiful location and views, inaccurate house description and many problems with physical property

First the property location and views are fantastic. The house is very modern and attractive in the designer perspective. However attractive it is, however, it is far less than comfortable. Entry is either by the very low ceiling basement garage (too low for any car) or external stairs. The problem with the external stars is that the "railing" are just glass panels. Good for looks, but hardly safe in my opinion - same for the balconies - glass panels that don't obstruct view, but not very sturdy (the bracket holding at least one was loose and the panel shook). From the first day we had mechanical problems, - on a/c didn't work, water pressure in some sinks was nearly non-existent, ice make never worked, golf cart worked, but battery very weak and wouldn't work for more than a few miles before needing new charge - needs new batteries. Host was responsive, sent people to "fix" things, but not always with success. Property description is misleading. Claims four bedrooms, but there are only three and a sitting room that has a very uncomfortable murphy bed. Lastly, I suggest providing a listing of all locations of keys and codes for doors, instructions on lighting, etc. We had to email or guess many times. For location and views I give it a 5, but overall, a weak 3.
