“I spent 12 days at this well managed and welcoming hostel in a prime La Candelaria location walking distance to many of Bogotá's wonderful attractions. There are also many fine restaurants, cafes and convenience stores in close proximity. I stayed in a room with a spacious private bathroom. “The posada is nice, located in La Candelaria, which is perfect to visit the historical part of Bogotà. Several restaurants and bars are nearby although attention is recommended after 10pm. If you are booking a room here I highly recommend to make sure you are not given a room facing the first courtyard as it gets very noisy early in the morning and has windows facing a common area. Staff was good and helpful.”

The breakfast spread was large and delicious. There are taxis always available from the hotel to all points of interest. Has own bar and restaurant. Free drinking water. Bathroom included toiletries Great staff and security. Good size lockers. FYIs Room not soundproofed so light sleepers be prepared. The area felt safe in the day but it's still Bogotá so I was warned about being out too late at night. ”
