“Amira Hotel is truly a gem in Bansko. What made my stay special was not only the facilities, but especially the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and caring, and they really did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the spa area.
