“Le stanze non sono insonorizzate bene, ma fortunatamente ho sempre i tappi con me per dormire, altrimenti sarebbe stato difficile dormire tranquilli al primo piano. Le stanze sono pulite, nessun problema da questo punto di vista ma mancava un bollitore d’acqua con il te perfino nelle stanze superior. “We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...
