“I’d booked this hotel to break up 2 long drives. The only reason I chose it was that there was an on site restaurant. Was informed the restaurant was not going to be open via an email a few hours before we arrived. Frankly I wouldn’t have booked had I known this beforehand. ”

“Appena arrivari abbiamo dovuto pagare im anticipo (100€ a notte... non pochi)in contanti perche’ il titolare dice che la carta per i clienti esteri non funziona. Abbiamo ricevuto un asciugamano piccolo e “puzzolente” per 3 gg. Alla prenotazione era indicato bagno in camera e abbiamo avuto un bagno in comune (poco pulito)con 7 altre camere!!!mancava la carta igenica, suonando alla porta sel titolare per averla... nessuno ha risposto!!penso che hotels.com debba controllare le strutture che...

“The apartment is nice, newly renovated, perfectly clean and comfortable, but not “luxury.” More like staying in a friend’s nice apartment. Service was basically fine with one hiccup. The proprietor called to check in with us for our arrival and made arrangements for us to get the key even when our train was late. "I stayed two nights, they didn't clean up my room, I don't have an explication for that. I left the room at 11 and I said clearly to the cleaning lady in German my room is free. Breakfast is good for variety but very average quality. Room is okay, bed comfortable."
