“The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. ”

“Rooms are located in the center of Bonn, near restaurants, attractions and, most important, bus/tram stops. The real problem of this structure is the organization. At our arrival, as communicated by the structure, we made the check in at the restaurant.
