“The property is still under improvement. They appeared to be understaffed and didn't have our room ready when we checked in around 7pm, when check in was at 3pm. The private pool area wasn't clean and didn't look anything like the pictures. However, the community hot tub and the pool were nice amenities. Staff, David and Melinda, were great and very welcoming.”

“So our TV didn’t work at all in our room. I mentioned it to the hotel staff but got zero response from anyone. I’m kind of disappointed. The place has a series of ponds outside of the rooms and there is like a swarm of mosquitos. We literally opened and closed the door to our suite and had like 20 mosquitos inside the room. It was super annoying to spend double the price on a holiday weekend just to have a mosquito problem, a janky TV that DID NOT work. I had to stand a foot away from the TV to...
