"Jim’s property is the perfect place to stay in Lake City. We were only 3 people but this would be a great spot for a family gathering. I grew up in a historical part of CT so this home took me back to my childhood surroundings. We rode motorcycles there and Jim offered to bring over 3 pieces of wood ..."

"Jim was excellent at communicating directions and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area after living in Lake City for so long. Restaurants were within walking distance, and the house was in the middle of town so very convenient. We would definitely stay ..."
