“Terrible experience. Microwave didn’t work at all. Their guy came but couldn’t repair, so we brought some food but couldn’t warm it up. And we bought some charcoal but it wasn’t delivered so I called it and then they realized that I ordered it… so I had very terrible experience overall.”

“We had a great experience at the Postcard Cabin in the Catskills. Our son really enjoyed exploring the forest and spending time outdoors. We also stopped by a small nearby town, which made the trip even more special. Everything was peaceful, clean, and well organized. It was a perfect little getaway, and we would definitely come back again.”

We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay. The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern.
