“Staff is gracious and polite. Location was convenient to the park, restaurants, ice skating and +15 skywalk. Uber was easy to use for farther locations. Loved the large hot tub and pool area. Room was clean and well maintained.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Definitely the BEST hotel I've stayed in Calgary so far! I was only there for a night, but the service was amazing! The room was beautiful, clean and had so amenities I didn't even know. The room was comfortable too. I felt like I was at my apartment. I love the welcome screen that I got with my name customized. Never seen that before. They had a free buffet breakfast too and it was delicious. The only negative was that you have to pay for parking, but other than that, it was an amazing stay and...
