“Clean and well maintained property in very good downtown location.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Property was in a great location for tours to Banff and downtown dining. Staff was incredibly friendly and had great restaurant recommendations. It could be loud at night as near an EMS facility.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Our room was a corner room. It was a nice size. The side view was an alleyway. The air conditioning would not get below 22. We let them know more than once, but it was never resolved. Room got hot, so we opened the patio door. Loved that there was a parking garage and it didn’t cost extra to park. That was made up for with all the Calgary fees and taxes. Very basic continental breakfast, but it was nice to come downstairs for coffee. There was no gym, we would have had to go to another hotel....

“Hotel looked new. Nice rooms and lovely restaurant. Great breakfast included. Was great for an overnight stay in Calgary. Neighborhood was a little on the iffy side but for 1 night it served its purpose. Less than half hour from the airport.”
