Personale gentilissimo, all'arrivo ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito dalla camera con due letti matrimoniali che avevamo prenotato ad un vero e proprio appartamento dotato di soggiorno, cucina e veranda esterna. Tutto molto curato e pulito. Ottima colazione. ”

“The condo was spacious and well equipped. The continental breakfast was convenient. The views of the lake are breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was pretty good and we loved the live music.”

“The lady who greeted me at the desk was AWESOME. She noticed that I had parked in the handicapped space and offered me a handicapped room for the same price. It was a total relief since the new room had a walk in shower. Unfortunately, I couldn;t tell if it was the tiles or that the floor was just dirty, so I did not shower even tho the rest of the room was spotless.”

“The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. “Warm hospitality and friendly service. Clean room with modern bathroom. Great made to order breakfast was very much appreciated. The Lilac Inn itself was beautiful with an inviting and cozy ambience…will definitely stay there again!”

“My friends and I had a great time at The Greenbrier Inn while we were on a weekend trip skiing. I was able to book my room quickly and they had availability even the week before at exceptional pricing. Steve was very accommodating even when we got to the inn late Friday night. We called prior our arrival to make sure we could get our keys as the front desk does have its hours and were told specific instructions to obtain our keys.
