Personale gentilissimo, all'arrivo ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito dalla camera con due letti matrimoniali che avevamo prenotato ad un vero e proprio appartamento dotato di soggiorno, cucina e veranda esterna. Tutto molto curato e pulito. Ottima colazione. ”

“Average stay- would not describe as luxury. The cabins are very poorly built, the doors barely close, wires and open holes for plumbing, the smell of the water is unbearable. Hot tubs are not set up for any use. Have to pay $35 extra for wood to start a fire then wait 3-5 hours for them to heat while buying more wood to keep fire going until warm. ”

“The only good thing was that the bed was clean, but it had 2 tiny pillows and when I asked for a couple more the desk person sighs and say, I only got 2. Junkies in the parking lot. About 6 broken down cars and 10 old broken bicycles parked on the front side of the building that look like had been there all winter. It used to house the druggies and homeless. I felt unsafe parking there. The restaurant was closed, pool closed, zero amenities, the hallways smell of smoke and mold with torn...

“Location was in convenient proximity to Killington, staff was very friendly, breakfast was home cooked and delicious - perfect before a day of skiing. The property and rooms were well used and amenities like towels and soap/shampoo were thin/short/small. It was definitely sufficient for our needs, just not a luxury feel by any means. Walls between rooms are also thin. They encouraged us to come hang out in common area in the evenings instead of staying in room but we were too tired from skiing!...

“Ski vacation. Clean and very accommodating for ski equipment. Older building that has been well cared for with rooms that are simply decorated and updated. Fridge, micro and counter eating area perfect for making simple breakfast and eating leftovers. Easy walking access to restaurants even in sloppy winter conditions. ”

“Hotel is good by itself but definitively needs some renovations and upgrades, no cleaning rooms anymore-unless you need it, always need to ask for something , I think for such prices we should return full services to hotel and not just this one, as lately all hotels became similar, prices are high and service is limited. Bar at hotel ok but serving and choices has to be improved, please make this hotel good as before. Staff is helpful when needed all the time. Thank you. ”

“The check-in started with a parking fee that is not advertised as front facing when you check out and Expedia indicates this is what you will pay. The parking fee is included on Expedia, but you have to dig to find it. Further the fee is a ridiculous money grab, nickel and dime, classless fee. There is no garage, no parking attendant, no patrol, and I am certain that if anything happens to your vehicle the hotel does not take responsibility. It serves no purpose. The room was fine enough.
