“Avoid this place! It is a transition housing for homeless. The place is absolutely disgusting. They didn't wash sheets, didn't clean the toilet for who who knows how long. It is being changed to a Super 8 but no way they gonna help this place! Meth capital of the area. Pool hasn't been active in at least a year. “The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. “I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. “Beware you get charged $39 per day just to use the ‘amenities’ such as the walking trail. I don’t recall this being disclosed when I booked. My room was also not available despite me reserving it weeks in advance. They put me in a different room that had a pullout bed, not an actual bed for my guest. The staff were great just disappointed in my overall experience.”

“The space was great! Nice big hotel room. The only problems were: pool didn’t look clean and safe, there were a lot of shady people after dark at the property, two roaches came out of the kitchen sink, some of the light switches did not work. ”
