Really nice, comfortable rooms, updated and appreciated the drinking water provided. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and taking the bikes down to the general store. Enjoyed the quiet of the North Island

My mom and I just got back from staying at the Bay Towers and we loved it so much!! It was everything we wanted and more. The location is perfect, the staff members were so kind and helpful, and the property is breathtaking. Definitely will be back with more family and friends in the future! 100% recommend staying here!!

Pool was clean and perfect! The area was quiet, and host was so nice, the room was beautiful, but the bar was closed so it was a hit hard getting good & drinks, but beautiful place! I will def go back!

Room was nice and clean and we were upgraded at no charge due to the other tower being renovated, that was much appreciated. Only downfall half the windows didn’t lock, so it felt a little unsafe especially being on the first floor. Other than that, it was a quick nice stay.

The room was great!! It had everything we needed including dishes, a 5gal jug of water and plenty of complementary coffee ☕️ The staff, (Greg, owner and Ariel) were very helpful in giving us great recommendations on where to eat. The location itself was perfect 👌 it was super peaceful located beach front. I will definitely be back!!

We spent 12 nights at Bay Towers. Our room was spacious and tidy, great shower and A/C. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved having free access to bikes and kayaks. One of the few places on Caye Caulker with an actual beach. Easy access across the Split and great dining choices on the North Side. Staff were great. Hope we get to return in the near future.

Stayed there several nights, only one other family at the hotel so had the pool and grounds to ourselves. Enjoyed using the free bikes and kayaks and sitting on the dock at sunset.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Bay Towers was amazing. Great location right on the water and the rooms were very clean and new! Service was great, Renè took us around a bit on his boat to see the island and getting back and forth to the main South Island was very easy. Would stay again!

Great Place!

Beautiful place! Super clean, very friendly staff, pool was very nice. Cannot walk into a "beach" but you can jump off the dock. We will be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at Bay Towers! The rooms are beautifully crafted and well kept. Rene communicated with us in the day’s leading up to our stay even though flight delays, and helped us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We found some much needed rest here.

I picked Bay Harbor to try and escape the Sargassum problem impacting the Caribbean/ Atlantic shoreline. It worked... even though we stayed in July which is the worse month for Sargassum, because the hotel is on the island's leeward side there was no seaweed on the hotel's beach or bay! Just a totally chill, hidden gem, tropical paradise. They have a dock you can swim off of in front of the hotel, there are kayaks free to use, free bicycles as well. We stayed on the top floor and the views are stunning, just be ready to climb the stairs. Bay Harbor hotel is on the "north side" so you take a boat taxi to get to/ from the main part of Caye Caulker. The price is technically ~$5 Belize for a two way trip using the "northside water taxi" company although they hardly ever charged us for the ride. I thought taking the taxi was easy and fun and being separated from the town definitely made it quiet at the hotel. (Walking from the hotel into town including the ferry ride took less than 10 minutes). Also, there are a few restaurants and grocery store close, just down the street from the hotel. Lastly, the manager Arielle is super competent and makes a great happy hour cocktail.

Thanks to Arielle and Maria. They were very helpful and welcoming. The unit was fully equipped with a full kitchen. There is a rooftop patio wher you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets from. The location is close to the corner store and the split ferry. The unit is right on the beach with ocean views. The area is nice and quiet, and close enough to the nightlife of the south side.

The hotel is located on the quiet side of the island which is what we were looking for. The property ground was very clean, room was very nice and comfortable and the owner Rene, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The workers were very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel.
