Passi per l'oceano / piscina / molo privato / spiaggia con sedie a sdraio

A pochi passi dall'oceano, dalla spiaggia e dal molo. Anche se non direttamente di fronte al mare, questa casa è molto vicina e molto meno costosa rispetto alla casa di fronte.
Abbiamo 2 case "identiche" sulla stessa proprietà. Questa nuova casa unifamiliare ha 2 livelli: la cucina e il soggiorno sono al livello principale con una grande veranda. Il piano superiore ha 2 camere da letto / 1 bagno e una seconda grande veranda con mobili da giardino. Il livello superiore porta al ponte sul tetto con vista a 360 gradi e una Palapa che si può sedere per ore per godersi la vista sull'oceano. Ci sono amache sotto la palapa e sedie per un totale relax. Dalla Palapa, avrai una vista sull'Oceano Caraibico, sulla barriera corallina e sulla vista dell'oceano anche sul versante opposto dell'isola di Leeward!
In tutto sono moderne finiture dell'isola, freschi pavimenti piastrellati, soffitti in legno del Belize, una cucina completamente attrezzata, biancheria, lavatrice, TV a schermo piatto / DVD, wifi, aria condizionata e una grande piscina con lettini. Nuovi mobili dappertutto.
La casa è costruita con spessi pavimenti e pareti in cemento armato e con standard americani / canadesi.
* La brezza dell'isola che viene dall'oceano è rinfrescante quasi ogni giorno.
Questa casa si trova in un'enclave di case private e solo a circa 120 metri dalla spiaggia e dal bacino. Beach volley, paddle boarding, kayak sono tutti disponibili dalla spiaggia privata.
Questa è una zona tranquilla, a soli 5 minuti in bicicletta in città, vicino a molti ristoranti meravigliosi, generi alimentari locali e bar tiki cabana.
Palme abbondanti e fogliame floreale tutt'attorno.
L'area della spiaggia è uno dei pochi sull'isola. La nostra piccola enclave privata ha deciso di costruire un bacino / piattaforma per il tuo tuffo più piacevole al mare del mattino / pomeriggio. Puoi sederti all'estremità del molo e osservare la barriera corallina appena al largo. I pesci tropicali sott'acqua sono un evento quotidiano al molo. Se stai viaggiando con la tua barca, puoi prenotare un posto al tuo molo se ti trovi nell'enclave.
La piscina è 33 'x 15' di larghezza con un avvolgimento di legno duro del Belize intorno alla piattaforma. Ci sono diverse sedie a sdraio con cuscini per sedersi a bordo piscina e rilassarsi per ricaricare le batterie per la vostra prossima avventura. La piscina è condivisa con le nostre 2 case.
Abbiamo kayak di mare e canoe in affitto.
Affittiamo anche biciclette da isola per viaggiare e fare un tour della meravigliosa avventura per quasi tutte le età!Abbiamo biciclette per bambini, passeggini per bambini e culle su richiesta.

Lovely time on Caye Caulker

We thoroughly enjoyed the property at Palmetto beach. 4 adults stayed in the Sunrise cottage. The accommodations were clean and a perfect size for our party. We rented the bikes for 2 days and then a golf cart for the rest of our time. The island is not that big, however we are in our 50s and it was just too hot to walk to town. Weezies is a short walk on the way to the dock and drinks / food can be purchased at their cafe, although it is expensive and the drinks are weak and the food was "ok". Reinas and the Sunset bar were our favorite places to eat.

Perfect vacation in Belize

This was a perfect accommodation for our family vacation in Belize. The rooms are clean and comfortable with tons of space for our family of four. The pool right out your door was fantastic at the end of the day of activities. The rooftop deck was amazing for our morning coffee. The location is off the main strip to provide lots of quiet time but close enough to make biking or walking for dinner or sightseeing easy.

Beautiful place

Our “cottage” was a luxurious, 3-story house with a well-appointed kitchen, rooftop palapa, semi-private dock, swimming pool and wonderful, friendly, helpful staff, all in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Lovely!

Beyond Expectations

My husband and I stayed at the Caribbean Sunrise Cottage for 9 days, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The location's pictures and description were enough for me to make the reservation, but to be there is beyond words. The property and its location are well-managed and maintained. The cottage was amazing - three-stories, including a rooftop deck with chairs, a table, and four hammocks under a palapa. It was a great location for evening happy hours, firefly watching and star-gazing. I can't say enough about the attention to details that Debbie provided right down to having a dispenser with an unlimited supply of water. She was also very accessible with pre-trip questions. The property staff were nice and very helpful, too. My husband and I thought the location was great, just a five minute walk from the airstrip, but it is about a mile from the town center. We were fine with walking and biking, but those less mobile will need a golf cart or taxi. Also, regarding those that are less mobile, or maybe too mobile like young children, the cottage's beautiful mahogany stairs could be a challenge. While they do have scuff strips, the stairs are short and steep, so "go slow" as with the island theme. Other than that consideration, we felt very fortunate to have the opportunity to have the Caribbean Sunrise Cottage as our homebase while exploring the beautiful island of Caye Caulker. Hospitable and relaxing stay to compliment our fishing trip on Caye Caulker!

Family stay

We had family meet up in Caye Caulker for 3 nights. It was better than expected. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Clean. Roof top patio was fun to sit on at night and not bother anyone in house. Just great.

Spacious and quiet, with great views

Plenty of room for the 3 of us, had everything we needed. Rooftop palapas were a nice bonus, as was the fact that Weezie's was just a few yards away. Shared pool was great and offered shady and sunny seating. Quiet neighborhood, gated complex with security staff. Front desk had drinks for purchase and attentive, helpful staff that could arrange for tours or taxis, whatever you need. Five minute walk to the nearest grocery store, and 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. We did lose water overnight twice (construction maybe?), but it was fixed by 9am or so each time. Overall a nice place to stay!

Great place - just far enough from town center

My partner and I took our 19 year old niece for her first trip out of the country. She wanted to go somewhere that spoke English and had beaches. I chose this property because it had great amenities for anyone who just wanted to stay back at "home base". The swim dock was amazing, and the pool was nice and cool on the hotter days. The rooftop allowed us to see the beautiful sunsets. Two rooms meant we all had our own space. This was even better than we had hoped for and was a short walk to town when we wanted a little more activity. Thank you~!

A Piece of Heaven

We absolutely enjoyed our stay on Caye Caulker. Our Carribean Sunrise Cottage was incredible. Immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated, comfy beds & pillows (even the sofa couch our son says was comfy lol), very friendly staff, and the location was perfect for us. The rooftop deck was serene and well used by our 2 teenagers and ourselves (mom/dad). The beach and dock space to lay back & tan, or take off paddle boarding was only a few steps from the cottage. We enjoyed the bike rentals and used them every day we were there. We will most definitely will be back and will be booking the same place no doubt. Cheers and happy vacationing!

A gorgeous place to relax!

Our stay was wonderful! The Caribbean Sunset Cottage was lovely. Impeccably clean. Kitchen very well stocked with all utensils, cookware, and food storage. Washer worked well and the clothesline for drying was quaint and convenient. The pool was a huge hit with our kids! The alleyway boasts a great cafe, gorgeous flowers, and is the short walkway to the dock and water. Absolutely beautiful! We rented a golf cart for our entire stay which worked well to reach the busier side of the island. We felt very at home here and would love to return!

Loved the Property and Caye Caulker

My family enjoyed our week stay at the condo. The condo was immaculate and well furnished. Loved the wood accents. Loved the access to the top deck. The grounds were well kept, with someone continually raking leaves and cleaning. Nice dock and lounge chairs. Noticed that there was nighttime security at the complex entrance and dock. The property was fairly close to town and we walked most days, and rented bikes from the condo a few times. We toured the island on our bikes and have to say that the Palmetto complex is the top complex on the island. Taxis were arranged for both arrivals and departures at the water taxi dock which was very convenient. Could not be happier with our stay.

Best vacation!

The cottage was absolutely perfect! Great quiet spot on the island, lovely dock with swimming and boating access steps away, pool right out front, roof deck with panoramic island views plus lots of birds to watch. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, and two bathrooms was very helpful to have for a family of four. We also enjoyed the cafe nearby for a quick coffee and breakfast option. We absolutely will be back!

Caribbean Sunrise Cottage on Caye Caulker

The four of us had an awesome time at Caribbean Sunrise Cottage. Super clean, terrific pool, dock and rooftop deck. Beds were very comfortable, AC works great. Velento Rental personnel were super. Will definitely stay in that semi-private, super safe area again.

Great property and staff

My wife and I stayed for 10 days and the experience was outstanding! House is well appointed and beautiful. All appliances and AC were working flawlessly. Staff onsite were warm and welcoming and they were very helpful when needed; all while being respectful of our privacy. Weezies cafe located steps away was very convenient and everything we tried there was delicious! The swimming dock and pool were fantastic as well! We will certainly return!!
