We left after we saw the room .. the way to the beach have pieces of woods ( there’s construction going on) this resort should not operate yet until it’s renovated. It’s too pricey , I won’t even book this for 500 pesos. I payed for 85$/ day for a room. Called the management for a refund they said they will email me back but haven’t received any yet. Just...

“The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access...

It was pet friendly, which is always a huge win, and the babies loved having a little yard to zoom around in after spending the day in the car. The pool was spotless and perfect for cooling off, and the house itself is so unique. Every room has its own personality, and it's beautifully decorated without feeling overdone. The gameroom was an added bonus. We didn't have the opportunity to use it but next time we'll stay...

“This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. ”
