“The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order.
The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area .
Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough.
The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break.
We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break”

We had a medium sea view room which had a large king size bed with a lovely modern bathroom. We had a fantastic sea view from our window. “We had an excellent stay whilst attending a concert at the open air theatre. The room was clean with everything you needed, a well stocked tea and coffee tray with biscuits and two bottles of water. There was also toiletries in the bathroom although we used our own. The bar itself was great, lovely choice of drinks and food. Great band were playing on the Saturday night, great friendly atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning was first class, lots of choice and well cooked. We wouldnt hesitate...

The food - breakfast and dinner - is truly incredible with nothing too much trouble.
