Cayucos è la vacanza sulla spiaggia perfetta se stai cercando un'esperienza costiera rilassante. Questo affascinante condominio si trova in una posizione desiderabile sul lato ovest della Highway 1. È a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 10 minuti a piedi dalla città. Lontano dal rumore del traffico, ma abbastanza vicino all'azione!

Un condominio ben arredato 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni con vista panoramica sull'oceano, questo condominio completamente aggiornato ed elegante offre alloggi per 4. Si tratta di una pianta a pianta aperta con nuovi arredi tra cui letti king e queen nella camera da letto principale e nella seconda camera da letto, divano e sedie da soggiorno e grande tavolo da pranzo espandibile.

Altri nuovi servizi includono una TV a schermo piatto sia nel soggiorno che nella camera da letto principale con Direct TV e un nuovo lettore DVD. Our stay in the condo was excellent! We were two couples attending a friends son‘s wedding in Paso Robles. There is nothing to say other than positive comments. The hosts really make it a home away from home and have thought of everything! This lovely home checked all our boxes except that the internet was unavailable each evening and Direct TV does not offer PBS News Hour. So bring your own downloaded electronics and you’ll have an aesthetically furnished and well stocked home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is excellent. Very close to beach, restaurants, market, etc. Home was clean and very comfortable for 4 adults. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Views from main room and master bedroom were wonderful.

Just got back from an amazing 5-day stay at Nancy's Ocean View Condo, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was a breeze—super easy and straightforward. The condo was spotless, and the views of the ocean were just breathtaking. Kevin, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Cayucos is such a charming coastal town! Plus, we took some time to visit nearby Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo, which made for perfect day trips. Overall, we had a fantastic time away from home, enjoying quality moments together in such a beautiful setting. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views, this is the place to be! Five stars all the way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. It's close to the beach, but also close by to town and places to eat, etc. The condo was neat, clean, and stocked with beach chairs and even towels for us. The floorplan is great, and there are two balconies to enjoy. We also used the grill on a couple of nights and it worked well. TV was great, no connectivity issues and the WiFi also worked really well. The coffeemakers, dishes, utensils are all modern which is important to us after some other experiences we've had. Appliances are also new and modern. I can't say enough about this place and truly look forward to staying here again. It will be our go to when we make trips to Cayucos/Morro Bay.

This was probably the cleanest and most organized place I have ever rented! It had everything you need for cooking. The deck had an amazing view, and it was great to have the garage for our car and bikes. You could walk to town or the beach within a few minutes. Super quiet street! The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. I loved that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided.

Property was clean, spacious and updated. All the amenities needed for a family were provided, meaning in addition to the usual amenities the kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. Host also provided beach towels, chairs and umbrella for beach outings. Property location is easily walkable to downtown. Balcony off the living/dining room was a perfect spot to watch the ocean/sunrise with a cup of coffee or end the night with a glass of wine. We will stay again!

This property is truly the perfect setting and location for a stay in Cayucos. Unit was incredibly clean, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. And the location was ideal - View of the ocean, and a very short walk to the main downtown area.

Clean and beautifully decorated condo with a view. Comfy beds, nice sheets, all items needed for a short or long stay. Enjoyed wine on the patio, eating in town, easy travel to many tourist locations, easy communication with management. Look forward to returning!
