  • Questo bellissimo luogo di vacanza è composto da 3 case sulla proprietà con 110 'di lungomare sul lago Cayuga e un totale di 4.708 piedi quadrati di spazio. Le case possono dormire 24+ in letti e fino a 31 divani e futon estraibili. C'è un molo di 75 'con un'area salotto alla fine. L'acqua è abbastanza chiara e non troppo profonda, quindi rimane relativamente calda, ottima per nuotare. Ci sono molte diverse aree salotto vicino all'acqua, tra cui tre ponti, un portico schermato, molte sedie, sedie a sdraio, sedie adirondack e un'altalena sono sull'acqua con. Ci sono più tavoli e molto spazio in erba. C'è un pozzo del fuoco sull'acqua ideale per gli incendi serali sul lago. Forniamo un paranco per barche coperto e ci sono un certo numero di posti sul lago che offrono il noleggio di barche a motore.     Casa principale: La casa principale che ha 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi è suddivisa in due spazi. L'ampio spazio ha la principale area comune che consiste in una cucina centrale con vista sul lago con ripiani in granito e tutti i comfort, una sala da pranzo adiacente che si apre sul lago di fronte al soggiorno con grandi vetrate che si affacciano sull'acqua e una TV. C'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size e un salotto, tv e bagno completo con vista sull'acqua, c'è anche un'ala separata con due camere da letto una delle quali ha due letti a castello su misura per adulti e la seconda ha un letto completo. Condividere lo stesso ingresso in questa casa è un appartamento con una camera da letto. Questa camera ha un bagno completo accessibile solo attraverso la grande camera da letto, una cucina e un soggiorno collegati che si aprono in un ampio portico schermato con vista sull'acqua. Lavasciuga. Tv e aria condizionata nella maggior parte delle camere da letto e aree comuni.

    Guest House: La Guest House che dispone di 3 camere da letto e 1 ½ bagni è composta da una cucina che si trova su un lato di una stanza molto grande che compone anche il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo. Due delle camere hanno letti matrimoniali e una ha un letto matrimoniale. Due delle camere hanno anche un letto matrimoniale. Lavatrice e asciugatrice e un'unità centrale di condizionamento d'aria.

    Tiki Cottage: l'ultima casa è un piccolo cottage con 1 camera da letto. Questa casa ha un bagno completo e camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale con un bel ponte con vista sull'acqua. (Tiki House)

    C'è un parcheggio aggiuntivo di fronte al garage che è installato un po 'lontano dalle case.

This is a wonderful property for a family vacation. It’s kid friendly and has many different sleeping options that will work for most families. There’s a marina close by that rents boats. I would highly recommended it if possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. The host responded to all our questions quickly and respectfully. The property was clean and very comfortable. Bring your boat dock worked well for us. The kayaks, row boat and pedal boat provided were fun to use.

Great choice for large groups

We had a great stay at this property. We were a large group and the availability of the 3 cottages meant that older kids had a cottage to themselves.

The house(s) are as advertised and there are plenty of activities provided even for rainy days. Beautiful view of the lake and plenty of space for everyone.

A great house!

There were 16 of us and we all found comfortable rooms. The house had lots of space for meals, conversations, and games. The view of the lake was lovely, sunsets picture perfect.

The home was beautiful and the view was amazing! Great property for multiple families or lots of people. The extra bedrooms and living space was wonderful. There is no hot tub but the outside firepit, chairs, etc. were used. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Lake houses were amazing! Perfect for a large group. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment for preparing meals. Quiet neighborhood. Views of sunsets can’t be beat! Look forward to returning again!

Fall family getaway

The location of the property was convenient to all of the attractions in the area. It's east side location made for excellent sunset viewing over the lake. The property is spacious and allows for ample parking. The main house was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The tiki cottage was musty and we could not lock it when we left the house, which meant we had to move our valuables to the main house when we left the property. The guest cottage was nice, comfortable, and spacious. We would recommend this home for large family or friend groups! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed greatly, but……..

Had a wonderful time. Only two complaints, one was the odor from the septic system that you could smell. And the other was all the spider and dust webs in the house. Other than that, everything was fine!!! Thanks for having us!!

Amazing spot such a great find! The view was amazing the hosts were amazing with everything! They even left us a welcome basket which was super sweet! More than enough room in each house! They had toilet paper paper towels beach towels extra blankets beds made with sheets on them it was amazing! Thank you guys for everything! We were here visiting for my sisters bachelorette party! They welcomed us with open arms which is hard for some to do when you tell them you’re coming with 21, 30 year old women for a bachelorette party! Very much appreciated! Book ASAP!! You won’t regret it and we plan to come back again with family!

A lovely family reunion on Cayuga Lake.

There were 18 adults and 1 baby, but some of us came and went during the week as work required. The lake was mostly calm, and shallow enough near the shore, even for the baby. All linens and paper goods and some games and so on were supplied by the host. Some places on the property smelled a bit musty and the particular week we were then was hot and muggy enough that we would have appreciated central air. Overall a very nice time was had by all.

Lakefront Stay

All in all, the family had a great week at Cayuga Lake. The Tiki house door & screen had no lock on it from the outside & so had been open when we arrived & full of bugs. The sheets needed to be washed & remade & floor swept before we slept in the little tiki. There were toys for the kiddos & a little climbing set which they loved. Wood was available for fires. The kitchens were well supplied with equipment & having 3 kitchens was a lifesaver! Many memories were made this week!

Perfect property for family groups

This property is set up perfectly for family groups. We loved the welcome basket set out by our host. The three buildings on the property were very clean and the layout was great for our group (plenty of common space for group meals, playing games and movie nights as well as quiet areas to be away from the group if desired). The house had everything we needed including small kitchen appliances (the countertop ice machine was a real crowd pleaser!), toys for the kids, puzzles and streaming services for when it rained. The only thing that we’d change if possible was the accessibility to the water. The rock wall at the shoreline made actually getting into the water a task…especially for the little ones in our group. Installing some stairs off of the dock into the water or removing some of the rocks between the lawn and the water would make a huge difference. Over all though we were very impressed with this property and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Excellent family reunion property

We were quite delighted with our stay at this quality property. There were a couple of minor issues including one bed not being prepared prior to our arrival, several electric outlets not working in the kitechen, and the freezer frozen up in the main kitchen. And the BBQ grill had not been cleaned. Othere than that, this property was ideal for our family gathering. We noticed upon arrival that there was only one person involved in the cleaning and prep of the home.. This home requires more than one person to adequately prepare it in the time allotted.

Great spot on Cayuga Lake

This is an outstanding location. The lake is warm and shallow, great for swimming, and three kayaks are included. Even the six-year-old in our group was able to master paddling a kayak. And the fishing was good for perch and bluegill. The housing is basic, livable – except for the tiki cabin, which was pretty grubby, especially its bathroom. Overall, we had a great week!

Great Family Property!!

Our family of 20+ enjoyed our time at this property. It suited our needs very well. It was clean and well stocked so meal preparation was easy. Nice gas grill. Liked the ability to have a campfire each evening. Recommend for larger families.
