“The front desk personal was the greatest The biggest issue was that the cleaning staff never came and changed out dirty towels for clean ones. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean ones every day we were there.”

“From the arrival moment to the time I checked out every one at the lux hotel were happy polite welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spotless the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the restaurant for lunch and dinner was amazingly delicious.. lastly the pool area was very relaxing, I will be back again. “Inn was beautifully renovated while maintaining its historic character. Weather was great when we stayed there and it was so nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air while we slept. Windows had screens and we were on the third floor. Area was quiet. Our room was very large, clean, and provided lovely toiletries. Free, convenient parking was appreciated. “We have been using this hotel for many years. The rooms are always clean and the staff helpful. It is still a little strange checking in to a kiosk. No one really at the desk. Have to call the attendant or see a staff member.”

“We had about a 40min drive from Rochester Ny I had booked the Treehouse cabin 1 night for Father’s Day upon our arrival they was finishing cleaning up our cabin one of the staff members gave me my key once I got in the cabin it was beautiful came with some cooking equipment and utensils bathroom was nice the hot tub was dope even with neighbors we felt like we was the only people there everyone was respectful I will definitely be back and next time for a longer stay!”
