“Extremely helpful staff! My husband broke his glasses while there and the front desk concierge went out of her way to help us repair them. We will forever be grateful! I believe her name started with a ja or je, she was so very helpful! ”

“Staff was great, Very clean lobby and rooms. Comfy and updated rooms. Breakfast was standard. Very convenient was there for 2 nights for a wedding. Rooms were freshened up every day. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Minuets from a shopping plaza . Would definitely stay again.”

“This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod. I was pretty much going to ignore that because you can't beat the room price, and everything else was acceptable. I happened to walk by the front desk, and the attendant asked...

“Expedia misrepresented the deal by not highlighting the fact that the rate was for a non smoking room! When I contacted the hotel I was told they would not change it and that I must take it up with the 3rd Party provider….I tried to also amend the dates of my stay as Expedia had also made an error in not confirming a prior booking that I had attempted to make.
