Hotel vicino a Reed Park - Tulsa

“Crybaby room was supposed to have a better review but we were looking at the parking and the back of another building which made us to have the blinds closed all time. Coffee machine was not in the room.”

“Great modern looking casino. The staff is 100% focused on helping you having a great time. The only area of improvement in my opinion, would be more food choices for breakfast & lunch. Actual sit down restaurants. But the ones they have are excellent ”

“Extremely helpful staff! My husband broke his glasses while there and the front desk concierge went out of her way to help us repair them. We will forever be grateful! I believe her name started with a ja or je, she was so very helpful! ”

“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...

“The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable plus well taken of. My parents and my child enjoyed the amenities especially the pool. We would definitely come and visit this facility again when we are in town.”

“We found bugs in both the beds in the 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor of the carriage house. We left for a different hotel. ”

“The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.”

No covered parking options (they do have a gated lot that you have to pay for), we got no sleep because of the wind blowing through AC units “whistling” all night on an adjacent roof right outside my window (this was very loud and never stopped), weird shower door that is open on half with no ability to close so water got everywhere, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling but there was no way to actually use it as none of the wall switches turned it on, in...

“The room was huge and clean! Staff was friendly. It was super hard to find the entrance to the hotel though. And the bathroom door is a pocket door that doesn’t completely close or lock. ”
