“The room was very clean and the staff friendly. Loved the automatic blinds. However since we got the handicap room I asked for I wish there was another chair for my husband to sit on. The desk chair with the wheels was not suitable for him. ”

“Room was spotless. Hotel lobby area was on-point for large family gathering. Bathroom missing toilet paper holder so that was kind of gross to me. The lighting in all areas of room was not bright enough to apply make-up. The bartender was strange and made us uncomfortable. The hotel personnel were OUTSTANDING and immediate in addressing our concerns. We will definitely return. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at Harwelden in the Sycamore Suite. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, even leaving a special gift for our daughter in the room. The grounds are beautiful and the house is immaculately restored. There are many common areas of the house open to all guests, from a cozy listening room downstairs to a game room on the third floor perfect for kids.
