After a day of exploring, come back to this terrific house, jump in one of the two king beds, one of the two queen sofa beds, or in one of the bunk beds for a good night's sleep. Then wake up and experience the magic of Magnolia Overlook all over again!

You will love the view from this well-appointed, upscale studio unit with two King Beds and 2 queen Queen Sleeper sofas. It also has a room that has built in twin bunk beds! Two fully equipped kitchens, chunky trim, luxury bathrooms, and private covered deck looking straight at the lake and mountains. One of the best views on the property!

Not only is there so much to do on the property, there is also so much to do off property! Rent a boat (seasonal), hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (seasonal water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion.

The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

This is such a great property. It is two studios combined, they are connected by an adjoining door. You can also rent them with our other smaller listings or our bigger ones, the "Lakefront Compound Sleeps 58+" or the "Lakefront Mini-Resort w/ Pool Sleep 70+". This studio is around 200-300 ft from the main house BUT if you only want to rent this studio, no problem!
