“Unfortunately, the pictures do not accurately represent the property. Our room was not clean - we did contact the front desk and they willingly allowed us to move to a new (cleaner) room. The new room was cleaner, however then we had issues with the keys - our keys didn't work, the staff member's master keys didn't work, and one more set that was tried didn't work. It all worked out and we had an ok stay, but unfortuantely, if I am being honest, I can't recommend a stay here. ”

“This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping. “I like that the property was clean but our room was in front of the highway and we can hear all of the cars all throughout the night. So if you’re not a heavy sleeper you will be awake the whole night. Like what happened to me. Breakfast is with a fee with $12 DISCOUNT. “The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. ”
