"Exceptionally friendly staff, very personal and welcoming. Hotel is elegant and spotless, outside seating and landscaping was a lovely bonus, room was clean, quiet and the beds were amazingly comfortable. A+++ stay!"

"This hotel is not being maintained. After a long day of hiking and exploring the local waterfalls there was NO HOT WATER for showers with 2, 7 year old kids! and on top of it, the staff took well over an hour of jumping around 4 rooms at 11pm before giving up on the ideal of a hot shower and having ..."
