“I had originally booked a standard queen room. What I got was a temporary full size bed not much better than a rollaway bed. The mattress on said bed was so bad that it left a little bruises on my body due to the lumps. Did not sleep at all the first night. I asked the desk attendant if I could upgrade to a queen size room. He said he would have the manager call me. Did not happen. “Staff were super nice and accmodated us 30 min early check in. But room cleanliness was not very impressive. There was old coffee in coffee maker. There was no bathmat. My feet picked up dirt from carpet right after check in. I didn't see any pans even though there is an kitchnett. Dryer was way very old model. Room was spacious but It could been better.”

"L'hotel è in buona posizione. Ha una struttura particolare caratterizzata dall'accesso alle camere tramite ballatoi xhe si affacciano sull'interno dell'hotel. Ci hanno dato dei ticket per bevande alcoliche per il rinfresco gratuito pomeridiano. I soft drink sono gratuiti. La colazione è buona. Avevamo una camera al quinto piano. Funzionava un solo ascensore conseguentemente l'attesa era lunga. La camera aveva un sofa bed sul quale abbiamo dovuto mettere noi le lenzuola. In ultimo l'aria condizionata era altissima. Nonostante quella in camera fosse spenta, era davvero freddo."
