Dishes include settings for 12 people and plenty of pots, pans, and casserole dishes for family cooking.

Linens are included in rental and feature fresh duvet cover and pillow sham covers between guests along with high thread count cotton sheets. Bath towels are very soft, absorbent and oversized.

The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful views along the neighborhood roads and includes access to a lookout deck over the intra-coastal waterway a short 1/4 mile walk away.
