“Large room which was extremely clean and well kept. Older hotel with charm. Food was great and the service was excellent.”

Coffeemaker in room, but no coffee. body wash dispenser in shower didn't work. Shampoo and soap provided, but no conditioner. No closet in room. No blackout curtains so there was some light in...

“The rooms were comfortable overall and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The parking was a bit complicated but the area is very walkable with many restaurants and shops nearby.”

“We had a two queen room that was quite large. The room had nice beds and high ceilings, but no fridge or microwave. I know there was one in the lobby, but would have been nice to have one in the room.”

“The rooms are disgusting they don’t clean the vents they pour grout on top of grout to mask mold and rust the carpets are disgusting do not stay there. Ever”

“This is our third time staying here for Villanova events. The staff climate has definitely changed. Front desk staff is not friendly. Night staff is terrible. No eye contact. No addressing people as they walk in. We were surprised by the lack of interest they showed.”

“The staff is amazing, especially a server on the breakfast shift. Trupti was so kind and courteous. She could anticipate your needs and always served with a smile and kind word. All the staff were helpful and smiling, making you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend staying there.”
