“I had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly and kind. The food was sooo good and fresh. It was nice to have real home cooked meals. I felt safe, happy, and there’s even a place to play pool and buy drinks. It was a nice stay and a 15 minute walk frown all of the shops. ”

“Solo per 2 notti ma l'atmosfera che abbiamo respirato è quella di tempi lontani: una antica villa e ambienti in stile britannico, situata in un lussureggiante giardino tropicale, un vero orto botanico, con leoni (di pietra), pesci e tartarughe nel laghetto, 2 piscine, cigar room e un servizio davvero top. Stanze riccamente addobbate, spaziose e molto confortevoli. Il ristorante è di altissimo livello, e la cantina ancor di più.”

“PROS: great location, beautiful beaches, many restaurants on site, MOST of the staff were friendly, easy to get to the other Atlantis hotels CONS: one beach staff literally took our umbrella from our lounger that we got up early to grab to give to another patron because she complained about not having one (because she came to the beach late) - obviously this would not be a problem if they had enough umbrella loungers! But there were so little of them and half of them were broken; WE WERE LAYING...

“There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing.”

“La ragazza alla reception ci ha messo ben 45 min per fare il check in, oltre a non saper scrivere una ricevuta di pagamento ha chiesto alla sicurezza di scrivergli alcune parole. La canera era senza asciugamani e sporca, la mattina seguente ci siamo svegliati e non cera acqua, oltre alla colazione scadente e misera e dovevi chiedere per ogni cosa. Ho chiesto per un taxi e mi e stato risposte per ben 4 volte aspetta ora chiedo venga tra un po e alla fine mi comunicano di andare alla reception la...

“Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were told we were “upgraded” due to availability, but the room did not match what I booked (no true ocean view as expected). We were told we we would be moved the next day, but there was little follow-through and I had to track down updates myself. “Location perfetta. Hotel 5* decisamente meglio degli altri presenti nell’isola che sono iper affollati. Spazio piscina stupendo e camere enormi e confortevoli. Assolutamente consigliato ”

“Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was really well kept and clean. Excellent service. The pools were kind of empty and not super sunny for vacation lying out. Beach was kind of dull, not a lot going on at the pool or beach. Restaurants were good but very expensive. ”

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“Hotel di forte e suggestivo ed elegante impatto, esternamente impeccabile. Le camere (almeno la nostra) avrebbe avuto bisogno di una più elegante sistemazione. La posizione dell'Hotel è un limite alla struttura stessa: a 16Km.dal centro con i mezzi pubblici assolutamente assenti dalle 06.00p.m. In pratica o ti rassegni all'esborso di 70dollari di taxi (35 dollari a tratta), che non è pochissimo, oppure rimani confinato nella struttura, fuori dalla quale non c'è qusi nulla.”
