“Servizio all-inclusive molto buono. L’unica pecca è la spiaggia dell’hotel che però offre una navetta gratuita che porta a Cabbage Beach. In generale molto bene 👍💫”

La spiaggia è bella ma ha il problema dell’ombra dei palazzi che adombrano grosse porzioni di spiaggia per lungo tempo. Noi siamo andati, facendo una lunga passeggiata, in fondo sulla destra dove l’acqua è paradisiaca e molto meglio che fronte hotel. “Struttura sorprendente per acquari e giardini tenuti perfettamente . La spiaggia , bellissima, troppo affollata, disorganizzata con lettini fatiscenti e pessimo servizio. Sembra di stare in un complesso balneare di bassissimo livello. Tantissima gente nell hotel che urla e schiamazza. Le camere sono spaziose e bel tenute. Nel complesso deludente.”

“The hotel is nice but the rooms too small. Bathroom is open in the hallway with the shower door glass. Not appropriate for families. The pullout was too small for 2 children. Hotel was nice. Food was pretty good but very expensive. Beach and pols got crowded. Seemed like there was charge for too many things - private pools, cabanas and premium beach chairs. Hard to find a beach chair. Water park was fun - lines were not too long. ”

“Location perfetta. Hotel 5* decisamente meglio degli altri presenti nell’isola che sono iper affollati. Spazio piscina stupendo e camere enormi e confortevoli. Assolutamente consigliato ”

“The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues. The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water....

“Scelto per viaggio di nozze . Non ti aspetti di ritrovarti a fare la fila per fare colazione.pranzo e cena. Personale spesso arrogante e maleducato. Aspetto positivo l isola privata di fronte alla struttura con buon servizio navetta . Il primo giorno è stato brutto tempo e si sono accumulate sulla sabbia alghe , a distanza di una settimana erano ancora lì , nessuno aveva pulito la spiaggia.Non ci tornerei. ”

“Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was really well kept and clean. Excellent service. The pools were kind of empty and not super sunny for vacation lying out. Beach was kind of dull, not a lot going on at the pool or beach. Restaurants were good but very expensive. ”
