“Villa 17 is the best one on the property, very private yet close to the pool/beach access. Very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room everywhere, especially on the oversized patio offering amazing views up and down the beach. Onsite staff are friendly and helpful so it’s easy to get help with your bags, a taxi or booking an adventure. Two pools, a decent bar/restaurant and hammocks add to the condo experience. “Overall villa was exactly what we needed. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Modern interior. Location was convenient to the beach and shopping areas. Quiet location! ”

“This was our first time on Paradise Island and we wanted to be close enough to walk around. There was plenty of things to do nearby including restaurants, shops, bars and even the casino inside Atlantis. The house was fully stocked and Kyrene was able to rent any extra things you may need. If you plan on going over to the main island much then please note there is a 2 toll to cross the bridge everytime. ”

“Second time here. Although it's dated, it still has many benefits. Off the beaten path, it's away from all the tourist madness, but walkable to Atlantis and the ferry. You can do as much or as little as you want. Right on the most picturesque beach in the world. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very clean. But again, it is dated and you shouldn't expect a 5-star experience. The price is small when compared to the wonderful and relaxing environment. I will be back every year. Love it! ”

“First time writing a review.Communication with owner was great. Everything was exactly as stated. Condo was perfect for a family of 5 adults. Donella, property manager, was a great point of contact and provided transportation to, and from, the airport (about 25 minutes). Raven picked us up and provided a quick tour on the way in, as well as a stop at a local grocery store for some food and necessities.
