“The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean, but unfortunately there were a few big issues for us. There was a musty odor throughout the hotel, our toilet had some issues and clearly needed replacement, the breakfast was tasteless and my daughter’s headphones somehow disappeared from our room. Luckily, I put our valuables in the safe, but she forgot and left them on the bed. I don’t like to blame housekeeping, but I don’t know where else they would have gone. That was really disappointing...

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“Hotel is centrally located near the city and cruise ship port which is a good/bad thing. Fun to watch the ships and easy to walk to things but can get crowded and loud. We stayed at the residences next to the hotel proper which was nice because we had a full apartment with 1 1/2 baths and could go out the ‘back door’ to the neighboring beach when our beach was crowded with day trippers from the ships.
