“We had a great experience staying at this property. They had lots of amenities that exceeded our expectations. Everything was well kept and clean. We cant wait to return!”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is good, easy to get to downtown Nassau and walking distance to Cabbage beach. We had a couple minor issues with dishwasher and shower, but overall the house was nice with plenty of room for a family of 8. Communication could have been a little better prior to check in but was more prompt when we had questions during our stay.”

“Very nice location. About a ten minute walk to the main entrance of Atlantis. The property was very nice. Plenty of room for my family and had everything you would need to not have to go to restaurants every night. My family enjoyed the pool when we were not at the Resort. The host was very informative and I appreciated his suggestions for activities (Sandy Toes) and other advice since this was the first time we had visited that area. The host was also very responsive to questions that arose...

“The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...
