“We asked about early check in before the Railbird Festival and the staff gladly let us check in at 12:30. The property was very clean(almost sterile feeling). Parking was a breeze and breakfast was great! There are many food options close. Just around the corner you’ll find a Kroger, Walmart and a mall. I’d recommend this particular Hampton Inn for any trip close to Lexington.”

“When I arrived at about 10pm, there were several suspicious looking people standing in the front of the front door. I almost kept going but I had already reserved the room and paid for it. They gave me a room on the second floor, but no elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs 2 flights. When I opened the door to the room, immediately I noticed that one bed was made up and the other looked like someone just got out of it. The covers was half way on the floor and the sheets were...

“The room needs some updates. I always think rooms need chairs r placed when they are worn to the point of having torn fabric, let's do better! Also when you provide rooms for four adults, they should have two queens at the very least, not full size beds. I was disappointed. Otherwise nice place to stay!”

“Hotel is nice and clean. Only BIG problem: I had wake-up call ordered at 3.30 bcs early morning flight… they forgot! Obviously I had also alarm on my phone, otherwise I had lost the flight. Completely unprofessional. ”

“We got a room, the bed smelled like urine, the tv was not working and there was a weird smell, called reception and we were moved to a different room which was perfectly fine.”
