If you’d like to take your river trip from the property, park your vehicle at Weston’s Beach in Fryeburg, Maine, just 3.6 miles away and walk across the street to the shared path to drop your tube, kayak, canoe or SUP board right into the Saco River. Daily rentals for kayaks, canoes, paddleboards and tubes at Saco Bound, just 0.4 miles away. This journey will take 3-4 hours to float without stopping.

Access to a snowmobile trail directly behind our home. Trails are groomed by the NH Snowmobile Association. and trail maps can be found on the NH Snowmobile Association web site. Tow your sleds up and ride all day!

Two of the downstairs bedrooms are adjoining, separated by a door.
One of the adjoining bedrooms has a full-size bed. The other adjoining room has a full size bed and a twin bed..

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed.

There is parking for 4 cars in a private driveway.
Other things to note
There is a gas grill on the property with a propane tank.

Keurig coffee maker with K cups provided.

A TV with Roku and a Smart TV is available for use. There is also a PS4 with games provided. You will need to use your own log-ins to stream Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV etc.

There is an outdoor fire pit available for our guests. The town of Conway requires a permit for outdoor fires. It’s quick and easy to obtain a permit. A link will be provided to you if you would like to use the fire pit.
