“Somehow we were booked in a handicap room. Bathroom was very institutional and pillows were flat and no cushioning. We had stayed in a different room the week before and that was fine. But this one was not worth the high price.Also some kind of stain on the comforter.”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“Reserved a room with a King. When I got there they didn’t have any rooms with a King. What’s the point in making a reservation and paying up front only to not get what you paid for. Their idea of compensation was to give me points. Whoopdie freaking do.”

“Hotel was very Nice we enjoyed the breakfast and the man who checked us in younger gentleman with dark hair was super nice and very accommodating to the best of his abilities. Upon arriving in our room my son noticed a BO smell coming from the sheets. Went down to the front desk and he indeed confirmed it reaked. Gave us new sheets to get through the night. I asked if housekeeping would come the next day and just change out both beds to be safe and he said absolutely. Next day NO ONE came to...

“I didn’t love the setup of this place. Lots of stairs and walking outside to get to the rooms upstairs. Front desk staff was decent but not overly helpful. My first room smelled strongly of weed. I was able to change rooms, but it all involved a lot of back and forth to the front desk to switch keys. The shuttle to the airport is helpful, but I waited 45 minutes for one when I landed. It’s a decent place for an overnight to and from the airport. The breakfast was nice.”

“When we booked the hotel room, we got alternative breakfast for two ppl, but hotel staff and Expedia customer service said that we don’t see it in their system. I showed them on my phone and it clearly says in my account on the Marriott website but still they didn’t help. Don’t book through Expedia. You will lose the breakfast benefit, even if it shows on the special benefits section in our account.”

“My only complaints were the bad mattress and some weird clanking noises coming from somewhere (I wasn’t near elevator). ”
