“AC not working at n lobby. Room at very back of hotel and WiFi was weak. Room smelled musty. Hair dryer didn’t work. Microwave was not cleaned, had food residue in it. Tub did not have a stopper and I laid a wash cloth on the drain. The cloth was black when removed. Security latch was loose.”

“We stayed a weekend here. Upon arrival we checked in after hours and had to wait for staff to come check us in. We never saw the ladies face there was a metal curtain pulled down. And she just spoke to us from behind that. The lights at the entrance were off and it was dark. When we entered our room the floors were visibly dirty.
