“Amazing stay!”

“Perfect home to rent! Off the beaten path, but location is perfect. No road noise…. Just the occasional cows. Great budget friendly place to stay in lieu of staying at Disney park reports as well. Highly recommended. ”

“Place was clean and in a quiet area. However the bed situation was horrible. The King size bed was well used to the point there was 2 indends where people sleep. Then the 2nd room that says it has a Queen size bed isn’t. They have a full size bed which is definitely interesting for 2 adults to sleep on comfortably. You would be better off sleeping on the floor with how hard this bed is. The golf cart if very old and reallly really slow.”

“We had such a wonderful stay here. The property was quaint, peaceful, and incredibly well-appointed, with everything clean and thoughtfully maintained. We loved the mix of original charm with modern upgrades and refreshed touches. The hot tub was a huge plus, especially being set in its own air-conditioned Florida room. Between spotting deer in the backyard, enjoying the game room, and fishing out back, it was the perfect little getaway. Close to plenty of natural springs, parks, and nature, but...

“Arrived at the house 10 minutes after agreed check in time, but had not received instructions on how to access the property. The cleaning stuff was still there though and let us in. Upon entering the house a strong smell of marijuana was present. The host was quick to respond and expressed he would look into it. Unfortunately for us we had to smell it a couple days making hanging out at the house miserable. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were sufficient. Not many toiletries provided and...

“Very clean & cozy. Great chairs around the fire pit. The hot tub was really hot & clean. Quiet area & somewhat secluded.”

“The owners are fantastic to deal with, open, prompt and easy to communicate with. As for the home, GORGEOUS! The first thing you do when you open the front door is take in the welcoming odor of the air freshener! The home is decorated as if a pro did it and meticulously kept. Ironically, it was just like being at home. Thank you Scot & Jennifer.”

“The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price. ”

“House was spotless, and furniture was very comfortable. Location was perfect between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. Host was easy to get ahold of to answer any of our questions. Would stay here again!!!”
