Riverfront House su Guadalupe-3BR W / Opt 4BR -Texas Hill Country-Day's Away House

Benvenuti nella casa sul fiume Day's Away, situata sul bellissimo fiume Guadalupe a Center Point, in Texas. Center Point è situato a metà strada tra Comfort e Kerrville ea metà strada tra Bandera e Fredericksburg, a soli 50 minuti da San Antonio e circa 30 minuti da Hunt, in Texas. L'acqua è profonda e il fiume è ampio al nostro ritiro mozzafiato di mezzo acro. È possibile barbecue, nuotare, tubo, canoa, pesce o semplicemente rilassarsi sull'acqua. C'è un meraviglioso mazzo che corre lungo tutto il retro della casa che è coperto. Il luogo perfetto per vedere il fiume e guardare i tuoi bambini che saltano sul trampolino, nuotano o saltano giù dal molo nel fiume. Abbiamo anche un'altalena di corda e uno scivolo nel fiume. Non dimenticare di portare i marshmallows per arrostire sopra il pozzo del fuoco incorporato sui nostri grandi cortili di pietra lastricata a 2 livelli giù dall'acqua. Pozzi di gas e carbone anche bar-b-que.

La nostra preziosa casa è completamente attrezzata per offrire una meravigliosa vacanza che non dimenticherete mai! *** La casa principale dispone di 3 camere da letto e 1 bagno con doppio lavabo (8 posti letto). La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una serie di letti a castello. Ci sono 2 pack-n-giochi per i più piccoli.

Abbiamo anche una *** cabina *** opzionale opzionale con bagno disponibile (altri 4 posti letto). La nostra cabina indipendente si trova proprio accanto alla casa principale e dispone di un letto matrimoniale e un materasso queen nel soppalco. Cucinino con caffettiera, microonde e piccolo frigorifero. TV con satellite, DVD e videoregistratore. *** Affittiamo la cabina solo come aggiunta alla casa principale, vi preghiamo di contattarci per maggiori dettagli.

We stayed at Day's Away so we could attend a weekend event at a nearby camp. It was the perfect place for us, giving us a beautiful view of the river from the beautiful house and porch. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the bedrooms matched our needs perfectly.

Excellent Communication

We were scheduled to stay there starting July 7th but due to the tragic flooding on July 4th, we were unable to visit the property. Becky was very kind and understanding and allowed a refund for our stay. We're going to give it a little time and try to rebook what looks like a fantastic property to visit.

We just returned from a truly unforgettable weekend at this beautiful river home. It was the perfect setting for a girls’ trip with lifelong friends all of us now in our 50s, reconnecting and relaxing together. The house was spotless, cozy, and clearly cared for with love and attention.The hosts went above and beyond to get everything ready for us after recent flooding in the area. Though the surrounding community experienced devastating loss, their home was safe and welcoming, and we’re so grateful for the chance to stay there. The resilience and warmth of the people in Center Point were incredibly moving we were touched by the community’s spirit and ongoing volunteer efforts.We especially loved the access to the Guadalupe River and the kayaks they provided. it was peaceful and absolutely beautiful. We felt truly spoiled!If you’re looking for a serene getaway with heart, hospitality, and riverfront beauty, this is the place. Highly recommend, we’ll be talking about this trip for a long time.

Days away

We did have a wonderful relaxing stay on the Guadalupe river. I was just surprised when I found that the reservation does not include the small cabin that is shown in the pictures on VRBO. I actually had to pay extra after paying for the initial rental. Beautiful home! Wonderful owner, will stay again!

Nice & peaceful getaway

This is our 2nd time staying here. We noticed another bathroom was added which came in handy and the kitchen was also remodeled! It’s nice and quiet and we enjoyed our stay! Very spacious yard and well kept backyard. The only thing I would suggest would be maybe adding an extra double kayak.

Hidden Gem

We completely fell in love with Days Away! It was perfect for floating and relaxing. We didn’t have to leave to float, and it was so much better to tie up to the dock. House was as listed and there was a kayak and canoe for us to use. We will definitely come back!

Day's Away was a wonderful location for our family vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor settings during the day and slept comfortably at night. Our kids have already asked us multiple times if we can go back. This will be on our shortlist for future vacations.

River fun

We had a family group of 5 including 4 seniors and one adult. The house is laid out great and so many outdoor spaces to enjoy! The kayaking up the river was amazing! The house was in the perfect location for visiting Fredericksburg, kerrville and Bandera. Wonderful place!

Spring relief

We enjoyed our visit so much! I was so relieved the river was flowing enough to enjoy the canoe and kayaks. Due to the location of the property on the river, it looks like that is not a problem even during drought conditions. Everyone got to take turns and enjoy the chilly, but beautiful water. We arrived on the winds of the March 14th storm, and although it was very breezy, we were still able to enjoy our entire weekend. The house accommodated us well and the kitchen was perfect for preparing large breakfasts and cookouts. There is a public river entry across the river. We enjoyed people watching and the local ducks and goose were eager to greet everyone. Very relaxing and felt very safe. Travel to other cities and attractions was easy. We have already recommended this property to another family friend.

Great outdoor space

We really enjoyed our stay. With the extra cabin, it was perfect for our group which included 3 families with teenagers, in town for a livestock show. The bedrooms are small, and the bathroom in the extra cabin is not the best, but it's as shown in the photos. However, the outdoor space was awesome, with lots of seating, fire pit, and canoe/kayaks. I do wish that trash bags were provided, but otherwise it had everything we needed.

Fun at Days Away

This is just like the pictures! The river is like a lake here. Very private. The house was cozy. We had our own ducks, canoe, kayaks. The floating dock was great.
