Welcome to The Bluebird Nest, tucked away in the charming Featherston Village community of Bentonville, Arkansas. This brand-new, two-story residence, built in 2024, offers 1,250 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, perfect for families, business travelers, or small groups seeking both comfort and convenience. Enjoy space for up to six guests with a sleeper sofa and two queen beds, along with a fully appointed kitchen, a dedicated office, and stylish furniture and decor.

The Space:
Welcome to the Bluebird Nest, a brand new construction tucked in a quaint subdivision on the Bentonville/Centerton line. With an easy and functional layout, this house is a perfect economical option to provide comfort and flexibility you just can't get at area hotels. Whether coming to explore all of NWA or here for work, this accommodation provides the perfect solution.

Accommodations
2 beautifully appointed bedrooms featuring plush carpeting and walk-in closets for ample storage and 32" smart Roku TVs .
2.5 modern bathrooms, ensuring privacy and ease for all guests.
A cozy sleeper sofa in the living area increases sleeping capacity to 6; however, for optimal comfort, we recommend a maximum of 4 adults.​
