Splendida casa vacanze sul lungomare di Cape Cod con enorme ponte e darsena privata e un pass per la spiaggia (autunno speciale da settembre al 2 novembre 2019)

Questa casa vacanze recentemente ristrutturata ha una splendida terrazza in legno di grandi dimensioni completa di sedie a sdraio e zona pranzo direttamente sul lago Wequaquet. Ha un prato ondulato e una vegetazione lussureggiante che porta al molo privato di acque profonde, consentendo una vista pacifica dell'acqua dal soggiorno, sala da pranzo, solarium e camera da letto principale. Il layout aperto della casa è perfetto per le famiglie con la camera da letto principale en-suite su un lato della casa e le due camere da letto - una con un letto matrimoniale e la seconda con due letti singoli. 2 bagni completi. Master ha il proprio bagno e 2 altre camere condividono 1 bagno completo. E 'elegantemente decorato per la vita estiva, con servizi completi tra cui biancheria, grill a gas, internet e due televisori, il tutto nuovo di zecca.
Accesso alla spiaggia privata sul lago di proprietà dell'associazione proprietari. Informazioni fornite per affitti settimanali di barche e altri noleggi di imbarcazioni d'acqua. Grande pesca, nuoto e altre attività acquatiche. Posto perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi una tranquilla esperienza sul lago.

Wonderful stay. We will definitley be back. Irene and Andrew are amazing hosts, go overboard to ensure that their tenants are happy and well served. This was our second stay and we could not recommend it more highly.

Great Lake View and Charming neighborhood

We enjoyed hanging out on the back deck for sunset. Our dog loved the backyard and the hydrangeas are beautiful. The house was accurately represented in the pictures.

Delightful!

We deeply enjoyed our stay. The images online of the spaces were spot on, and the waterfront view was even better in real person. The home was beautifully furnished, with all the best little touches, such as comfy throw blankets, a good number of not always included kitchen utensils and an excellent host book explaining the house. We hope to stay again next summer!

Beautiful lake home

Enjoyed end of summer vacation at this delightful lake house. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, fishing and relaxing on the deck with great sun rise snd sunset views. Best place for families!

Relaxing waterfront stay with beautiful sunsets!

This is our third summer renting this property! The owners are very welcoming and their home reflects it. We enjoyed dinners out on their deck taking in the beautiful sunsets. We rented a boat for the week too so it was nice to water ski along with swimming. Owners are very responsive and nice to deal with. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Lakefront Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation on Wequaquet Lake this summer. The house is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a relaxing, easy stay. Everyone appreciated the lake, with swimming, kayaking, and beautiful sunsets. We definitely recommend this property for an excellent vacation experience.

The private lake, the ocean beach and local oysters

It was vey enjoyable ! The access to the private lake beach was the key for us and our dog ! The ocean beach was amazing . To eat the best oysters we advise to drive to Macs place in Wellfleet !

Family Vacation

We rented this house at the end of Sept and the house was a perfect oasis after a long summer. The house was better than expected, big family area, walk out deck overlooking the lake. Pictures don't do it justice.

Lakefront getaway

We have been coming to the Cape for years but this was by far our best rental. The house was very inviting and contained all the little extras to make this a really enjoyable getaway. The owners were also very helpful with information for renting a boat for our stay. The only thing that was a little surprising was how steep the driveway was but they also have a circular driveway right off the street so that was much easier to park after unloading. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone who enjoys a quiet week on a beautiful lake!

Beautiful setting

Pretty little house, beautifully decorated, on a lake in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only additions I would suggest - some info on the area, a map, a list of the beaches the pass allows you to visit, and an umbrella on the deck table. Thank you for the use of your lovely home!

Once again we had a great vacation on Wequaquet Lake. SUP, kayaking, tubing, and fishing in the morning and Craigville beach in the afternoon! Thank you Andrew and Irene for letting us use your beautiful home. We will be back next year!

Relaxing view

The house is wonderful: spacious, open, bright, overlooking the lake, with a lovely deck, tastefully decorated and clean. . Even if your days are not perfect weather wise the setup does not make you feel confined. Close to beaches; coming back for a swim in the lake is great. Unfortunately no paddle boats or kayaks are included, though you can rent them for several days or the week. It was just an added cost that we preferred not to have. The lake is great for swimming and even though there are motor boats it is relatively quiet because the house is at one end of the lake. You won’t regret it.

Absolute perfection!

We rent a different house in a different location every summer. This house is definitely with a return visit. The property is stunning, the house is elegant yet comfortable, the community is inviting and the location was central to everything. Not that we ventured out much with all the amenities this rental offered. This was our favorite experience after 15 years of summer visits. We’re already imagining our return!
