Kitchen was nice with seating area as well as dining room. All rooms were spacious and clean. Easliy sleeps 8 but we had 6. Didn't use the outside deck/grill/table but it looks nice.

This home was perfect for us. There are 4 of us and we try to meet up 2 times per year. we having been staying close to MA as we are all are originally from here. This has allowed a couple of us who have moved away to deal with family issues . This home was very clean and was very well stocked with dishes, glasses, and anything you would need in the kitchen. We have all agreed that this place will stay on our list,

Lovely home and it had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, spacious area for the 5 of us. It was close to the beach and 20-30 minutes from places we wanted to visit.Suggestions: Put a drying rack in the cellar. After washing bathing suits I didn't want to put them outside on the dirty railing to dry. Also, we went and bought a Keurig to make coffee. My husband and son in law looked at the coffee machine in the kitchen and went - nope to much work. They each had brought their coffee pods with them and they are both better people after they've have a couple of cups.
