“Staff was extremely friendly and polite. Hotel is in a great location. The rooms facing Whyte Ave. can be a bit noisy at night -- ask for a room facing away from Whyte Ave. Room was clean and bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. Breakfast at Ampersand (located in the hotel) was delicious.”

“Location is great. Hotel was clean and the staff were fantastic. The rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable. We were on the back side of the hotel and the road noise was extremely loud. Noise from other rooms are loud as well. ”

“It was a nice new hotel that was very comfortable. Only annoying thing was a boys sports team that took over the pool when my kids were there and weren't very respectful. They also were taking up all of the seats at the breakfast area and we had to ask them to move since they weren't eating.”
