“Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice....

“The property was not what I initially expected, but in a good way. Its not a hotel. these are individual "suites" that open up to the back deck, or to the front. The suites are quite large, which was very nice for my family. Huge bathroom, and a large comfortable foldout couch. Window fans are provided, which enabled us to enjoy the cool fresh air from Stonington! The back deck is huge, tons of room to relax and take in the harbor. “This was a perfect little place for the weekend. Quiet yet walkable to downtown, I loved this rental. It was the weekend of my father's celebration of life and this was a perfect place to unwind and relax leading up to, and after, the celebration. The couple upstairs have a beautiful black dog, too!”

“This is a lovely, updated, modern unit with everything you need to enjoy your Boothbay stay. Clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, lots of seating, and modern appliances. “The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with.
