When asked if they had other options to for me, And someone in the back, said "no" quickly. I went outside to look for other hotels when Haley waived me back inside. She let me know that she had double checked to confirm other options and in-fact, one was left . She saved the day, got me a room. And I made to an important business conference with much less...

“I was so nervous about my stay in California, mostly worried about safety/location/busy-ness of things. I was SO pleasantly surprised!! Ventura was not the busy/crazy I thought it would be. The location and hotel were great! Literal 10 min walk to the beach, they kept the property very clean, actively outside cleaning up the parking lot, pool area.
