“The manager checked us in. He was very friendly and accommodating. We’ve stayed in 6 hotels in the last week and this was the first one that wasn’t the best. The sink fixture was broken and it just smelled. You could hear people shuffling around above us. The breakfast area was way too small for that many people and it wasn’t the best.

“Sadly I have to say this was not a good stay. I asked to stay in a room that would be quiet because we had to get up super early the following day. The evening staff gave us a room that unfortunately there were VERY LOUD frogs. When we inquired,we were told that other guess had previously complained, they emptied the fountain but when they added the water back, the frogs came back. My issue with that is that the reception knew this and should have either informed me or put us somewhere else...

“We had an excellent stay at La Arboleda, and I especially want to recognize Sally, who made our experience truly special. She not only checked us in but also took the time to give us a full tour of the property and explain all of the amenities.
