“The hotel has great direct access to the beach. The facilities are a perfect combination of modern and Spanish/Italian older style. Food is good although the menu could offer a bit more options. In terms of location, it is a great one if you don’t plan to be in the city but you still want to have a lunch or dinner in Santa Barbara and then go back to the hotel (15-20 mins by car). “This is a hidden gem - great hotel to stay if you are taking a road trip up the Pacific Highway to Big Sur. The hotel is clean and very nice for an overnight stay. The casino was also very clean and has non-smoking area. Lovely overnight stay and we had a great dinner in Slovang (Dutch town) 5 minutes away from the resort. Wish we had time to go for a swim at the pool! Will definitely return to this hotel in the future.”

“Staff is very nice and accommodating. It’s an old property, the ac unit was very loud and old, it was too hot without it, couldn’t sleep with it on because of noise. The bath tub drain was clogged, couldn’t shower. It’s a motel room with hotel prices. ”

“Loved this place. Peaceful, intimate, surrounded by nature. The room was sparkling clean, and comfortable. Had a great night under the stars, sipping good wine, and making new acquaintances. I only suggest to book more than one night ”

“Room was clean but the layout was a little odd. The ac unit is in the bathroom so it’s freezing when you’re using the bathroom and getting out of the shower. Besides that, we enjoyed the stay. ”

“Very nice off site manager Katie came over to help us on a couple items. Nice property. Very large room and nice bathroom. Park under the hotel so don't be looking around for a parking lot. Driveway takes you down and you park. Elevator with a luggage cart is down there and you can easily get things up to your room. We would stay here again. Dog friendly too, but we don't have a dog. ”
